House of Ladybug – Return & Exchange Policy


At House of Ladybug, each item is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because of the personal and custom nature of our crafts, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

We gladly accept exchanges if your item arrives damaged or defective.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us at houseofladybug@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.

  • Ship the item back within 14 days of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send a replacement for the same or a similar item of equal value. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept exchanges on:

  • Custom or personalized items (unless damaged)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items returned without prior approval

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if work has not yet begun. After that, production and processing may already be underway and cannot be reversed.

Return Shipping

To complete an exchange, please package your item securely in its original packaging and ship to the address provided in your exchange-approval email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
