1. What kind of products do you sell?

House of Ladybug offers a unique collection of handmade crafts — each piece designed, created, and packaged with care. Because all items are individually made, no two are exactly alike, making every purchase one of a kind.

2. Are your products really handmade?

Yes! Every item is crafted by hand with attention to detail. Small variations in color, shape, or texture are normal — that’s what gives handmade goods their special charm.

3. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our online shop, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major debit and credit cards, as well as other secure online payment methods listed at checkout. Payments are processed safely through our trusted provider.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing times vary depending on the item — most handmade items ship within 3 - 5 business days.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier.

6. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, House of Ladybug ships within the United States only.

We’re working toward expanding international shipping in the future!

7. What if my item arrives damaged?

We’re truly sorry if your item arrives damaged! Please email: contacthouseofladybug@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

If approved, we’ll gladly offer an exchange for the same or a similar product of equal value.

8. Do you offer refunds?

Because each item is handmade, we do not offer refunds.

However, we do allow exchanges for damaged or defective items (see above). Please review our full Exchange Policyfor details.

9. How do I care for my handmade items?

Care instructions vary depending on the product. Most handmade crafts should be kept dry, out of direct sunlight, and handled gently. If your item includes special materials (like resin, paint, or fabric), we’ll include care tips with your order.

10. Can I request a custom order?

We love custom requests! If you have an idea in mind, please email us at: houseofladybug@gmail.com with your concept or inspiration photos. Custom orders are accepted based on availability and design feasibility.
